Vegetable Manchurian


Ingredients

For Manchurian:
200 gms of finely chopped cabbage
100 gms of fine chopped carrots
1 big garlic chopped finely
1 small piece of grated ginger
2 spring onions
2 tbspn of corn flour
1 tbspn of all purpose flour
1/2 tbspn chilli powder
2 green chillies
salt to taste.
Oil

For the Gravy:
1 big garlic chopped finely
1 small piece of grated ginger
5 spring onions.
4 tbspn tomato sauce
4 tbspn soy sauce
1 tbspn chilli powder
1 tbspn oil
1tbspn corn flour
salt to taste
spring onion leaves

Method
->Mix the ingredients needed for manchurian and make into balls and deep fry in oil.
-> Keep the friend manchurian aside.
-> heat oil in a pan,fry ginger,garlic and add the onions.
->When the onions are golden brown, add chilli powder , salt, tomato sauce and soy sauce.
->After frying briefly , add water .When gravy begins to boil add corn flour and stir as gravy thickens.
-> Take from stove and add the fried manchurians.
-> Top with spring onion leaves.
